By accessing or using Pulse UP!, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Use of the Platform

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for all content you create and share via the platform.
• You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to distribute harmful, discriminatory, or misleading content.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access.
• After the trial, free accounts are limited to 2 presentations per month and 20 participants per session.
• Paid plans (monthly or annual) are billed in advance. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
• We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using Pulse UP!. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pulse UP! is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data or service interruption.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
